Jason Briones came up through the ranks working a traditional three year apprenticeship with Patrick McDonnell starting in 2006.


In 2009, he went on to further build his culinary skill sets with PF Chang's and then with Marriott Hotels.


In 2012 Jason rejoined Patrick McDonnell to open the Standees restaurant and luxury movie theater prototype as Executive Sous Chef. This was followed by Red Door where he worked with Debbie Gold.


Jason returned to MKA full time in 2013 as a Development Chef, and in 2014 he was promoted to Executive Development Chef. 


At McDonnell Kinder and Associates, Jason works with clients across the United States, China, France, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand.
