Jeff Scott is MKA's Vice President of Culinary Operations and works with an array of clients across the United States, China, France, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.


After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Jeff worked for three years in New York City with Jean Georges Vongerichten at his flagship restaurant, and with Marcus Samuelsson at Aquavit.


His Kansas City experience includes Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef positions with Hanna Bistro, Zin and Chop.


In 2007, Jeff partnered with Jonathan Justus to open the award winning farm to table, foraging focused, Justus Drug Store in Smithville, Missouri.

Jeff joined MKA in 2011 as an Executive Development Chef and in 2014 he rose to the position of Vice President of Culinary Operations.
