Since 2002, McDonnell Kinder & Associates has specialized in the development and execution of growth strategies for a select group of clients in the foodservice and retail industries.

Direct Consulting: We work across the spectrum with major and regional chains and hotel chains from kitchen design to mechanical and architectural layouts, equipment specifications and design, menu development, wines strategies, beverage strategies, china glass and silver, ingredients and product specifications, staffing guides, job descriptions, operational manuals, sous vide manuals, training and launching support.
